45 Minute Track Workout

Crunched for time, but still need to burn some serious calories?  Try out this track workout!  It seriously hard and will push you to your next level.  Make sure to warm your muscles up by applying doTERRA Deep Blue oil blend, marjoram essential oil, and peppermint essential oil.  Jog 1-2 laps for cardio warmup and then jump right in!
